1. What does Deep cleaning entail?
  • Cleaning or washing of floors , walls, ceiling, lights, oven, cupboards and surfaces
  • Removal of mold and any type of gunk in the bathroom
  • Washing of windows outside and inside
  • Removal of dust off the furniture and or polishing
  • Removal of any residual grout and paint after renovations
  • Removal of cobwebs
2. Do you guys come as a team?
  • 9 out of 10 times that is the case. It all depends on size of the space and amount of work to be done.
3. Which areas do you service?

Our clients come from all over Gauteng. Popular service requests come from:

Sandton, Bramley, Midrand, Paulshof, Bryanston, Strubens Valley, Irene, Groekloof, Dainfern, Atholl , Ruimsig, Menlo Park, Waterkloof, Fourways, Saxonworld etc

4. How long do you take to do the deep cleaning

We don’t do quickie cleaning. So if you are seeking for a one hour session, we are the wrong people to make use of. Because we are very thorough, we spend as long as it takes.

 

Just to give you an idea, an empty 1 bedroom apartment with no carpets can take about 5 hours. With a carpet, add another hour. With blinds, another hour. With stubborn mold in the bathroom, another hour and a half.

5. I only want the kitchen cupboard cleaned. Can you do that?

We most definitely can but that might not be such a good idea. Our minimum call out fee is R1500 give or take so you might want to add a few more items into your shopping cart wink

6. Are your workers trustworthy? Will they not steal from me?
  • We have never had theft incidents before. However, we encourage our clients to safeguard their valuables at all times.
7. Am I allowed to tip the cleaners or give them gifts afterwards?
  • That would be such a kind gesture! Please inform the team leader of such gifts/monies to avoid confusion. This will in no way affect their pay.
8. Can I add ironing and wardrobe rearrangement?
  • Yes, but only by prior notice to avoid disappointment.
