Terms Of Use
1. Our office hours are between 8h00 – 17h00 Monday to Friday and 9h00 – 15h00 on Saturday. Outside of working hours, you are more than welcome to contact us via watsapp anytime of day or night; we will get back to you as soon as we can.
2. To secure a date for your cleaning, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance is to be settled on the morning the team arrives before commencement of work. The bank details appear on the quote.
3. Clients are to direct all inquiries to the Team Leader on the day of cleaning.
4. If a client is found to be poaching our cleaners, the client will be liable to pay tenfold the original quoted amount to the company within 30 days.
5. We encourage each client to be honest and provide the right information on the service request form. Should the client provide false or incorrect information about the amount of work, such as extra rooms, she/he will be liable to pay for the extra work. Failure to do so will result in the extra work not being completed.
6. The client is required to inspect the work done once the cleaning is complete. Should she/he not be satisfied, the client may ask the team to correct the shortfall.
7. Once the client is satisfied, she or he is required to sign a post service form to verify customer satisfaction. After signing the form, the client may not request a do-over nor a refund.
